Bit-Soul3D Metaverse — Terms of Service

1. The world

The Bit-Soul3D Metaverse is a browser-based 3D world: explore, build on your Homeland, collect pets, play games and meet people. By entering — as a guest or with an account — you agree to these terms.

2. Age

You must be 13 or older to play. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live, use Bit-Soul3D only with a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Accounts and guests

An account saves your progress, purchases and Homeland to our server and follows you across devices. A guest session is a trial: it keeps nothing after you leave, by design. You are responsible for your password — there is no email on file, so keep it safe. Ask us for a reset if you lose it.

4. SoulCoins are play money

SoulCoins (BSC) and every in-world item have no real-world value. They cannot be bought with, sold for, or exchanged into real currency, and they are not property. Balances and items exist only inside the world, we may adjust them to fix bugs or abuse, and they are lost if an account is closed or banned.

5. Conduct

Be decent. No harassment, hate, threats, or sexual content involving minors; no impersonating other players or staff; no cheating, exploiting bugs for gain, automating play, or attacking the service. We may mute, restrict, or ban accounts that break these rules — including permanently, without refund of play money.

6. Your builds and content

What you build and write stays yours. You give us the licence needed to store it, show it to other players, and run the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

7. The service

Bit-Soul3D is provided as-is, without warranties. Worlds change, features evolve, and we sometimes have downtime. We are not liable for lost progress, though we work hard to protect it (your account state is saved server-side and backed up).

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above always tells you when. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
