Who we are

The Bit-Soul3D Metaverse is operated by BitSoul Hosting (bitsoulhosting.com). Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Account data — if you create an account: a username and a password (stored as a salted hash). Guests provide only a display name.
• Game state — your avatar appearance, in-game currency balance (SoulCoins), owned items, builds, and home parcel, linked to your account name so they persist between visits.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, request time) used for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention; retained briefly.
• Local storage — preferences, world snapshots and an offline copy of your wallet are kept in your own browser's storage.

What we do NOT do

• No advertising SDKs, no third-party trackers, no analytics profiles.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
• No real-money transactions occur inside the app. SoulCoins are a free, in-game-only currency with no monetary value.

Chat, voice and multiplayer

Chat messages and your avatar's position are relayed to other players in the same world in real time and are not permanently stored. Proximity voice chat is peer-to-peer (WebRTC); audio is never recorded or stored by our servers. The microphone is used only while you switch voice on, and you can turn it off at any time.

Media and external content

The in-world TV and radio can play content from third-party services (such as YouTube) inside the app. Those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. The marketplace link opens our website, bitsoulhosting.com/marketplace.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Accounts require no email, real name, or other personal details.

Data retention and deletion

Account and game data are kept while your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, email [email protected] from inside the app's account name and we will remove it within 30 days.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/WSS). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Server access is restricted and rate-limited.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the effective date above.
